abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained-release preparation of 3-isobutyryl-2-isopropylpyrazolo [1,5-a] pyridine and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This is a sustained-release preparation of 3-isobutyryl-2-isopropylpyrazolo [1,5-a] pyridine, a) Core granules; b) On the core granules, 3-isobutyryl-2-isopropylpyrazolo [1, 5-a] a fast-acting coating obtained by coating a mixture containing pyridine, a water-soluble polymer and a surfactant; and c) a pH-independent polymer and an enteric polymer on the quick-acting coating. A sustained-release coating obtained by coating the mixture containing the mixture.
