abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To minimize the amount of salt and oil eluted from sea sand. SOLUTION: Water and cement are added to fine aggregate mainly composed of sea sand contaminated with oil, an inorganic hardener is added, kneaded, and poured. Inorganic hardeners can fix salts and harmful substances contained in sea sand and reduce the amount of elution after hardening.
