titleOfInvention | Polyolefin coated steel sheet |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To maintain a high adhesion between a polyolefin resin layer and a steel material, and to provide hot water resistance, cathodic peeling resistance, and heat shock resistance in a high temperature water contact environment exceeding 85 ° C. Provided is a polyolefin-coated steel material having excellent corrosion resistance. The object of the present invention is to provide a polyolefin-coated steel material in which a coating layer composed of a chromate treatment layer, a primer layer, a modified polyolefin adhesive layer, and a polyolefin resin layer is laminated in this order on the surface of a steel material. A polyolefin-coated steel material comprising the following components (a), (b) and (c) as essential components. (A) An epoxy resin composed of either a bisphenol A type epoxy resin or a bisphenol F type epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 156 to 280 or a mixture of both (b) Formula (1) Modified polyamine containing a compound represented by the following formula, or ethyl tris (aminopropyloxymethyl) Methane (c) Solved by a phenol resin having a weight average molecular weight of 7,000 or more. |
