titleOfInvention Bottled fruit wine and its production method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a bottled fruit liquor obtained by putting alcohol such as shochu and fruit in a bottle and producing the liquor in which the fruit larger than the mouth of the bottle is put in the bottle as it is. SOLUTION: A fruit 16 having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the mouth 2 is stored in the middle 3 of a transparent or translucent bottle 1 having an intermediate portion 3 larger in diameter than the mouth 2. . The fruits are preferably those of the family Rosaceae, such as pear 5 and apple. The bottled fruit liquor of the present invention is characterized in that, while the fruit is still small, the fruit still attached to the branch is inserted into the bottle and grown in the bottle. It is manufactured by putting shochu etc. into a bottle taken with it. Use a transparent or translucent bottle and grow the fruits with the bottle upside down or cover the bottle to prevent rainwater from entering. It is preferable that the bottle has a short mouth, and the bottle is held using a string, a net, a support rod, or the like as appropriate so that the inner wall of the bottle does not contact the growing fruit.
