Refractory spraying method |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a spraying method for adding a quick-setting agent in a nozzle to improve the adhesion rate and drying property of a sprayed body. SOLUTION: A refractory composition containing 0.01 to 1 part by weight of organic short fiber added to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the refractory aggregate and the binder is adjusted into a kneaded soil form, and then fed toward a nozzle. It is characterized in that a powdery quick setting agent is added and sprayed in a pressure pipe. |
