titleOfInvention Antibacterial rubber parts
abstract [PROBLEMS] To sterilize or sterilize water by imparting antibacterial properties to rubber parts that come into contact with water, Another object is to provide a clean and healthy living environment. SOLUTION: With respect to 100 parts by weight of rubber as a base material, An antimicrobial rubber part characterized by adding 1 to 10 parts by weight of a silver complex antibacterial agent, and further adding 1 to 10 parts by weight of a silver complex antibacterial agent to a predetermined rubber composition with respect to 100 parts by weight of rubber. A method for producing an antibacterial rubber component, comprising: a step of kneading a surface temperature of a kneading roll within a range of 50 to 80 ° C .; and a step of forming and vulcanizing the kneaded rubber in an oxygen-free atmosphere. [Effect] Since a silver complex-based antibacterial agent is added to a rubber part, a rubber part having good antibacterial and antifungal properties can be obtained. Further, the method for producing an antibacterial rubber part according to the present invention has an advantage that the rubber part can be favorably produced without reducing the bactericidal property of the silver complex antibacterial agent.
