The novel phosphatase KU-8, which recognizes the binding position of the phosphate group of the phosphorylated sugar and performs specific dephosphorylation And a 3-position phosphorylated saccharide can be efficiently and easily obtained by using the present enzyme from a phosphorylated saccharide.
