abstract | (57) [Problem] To eliminate peeling and cracking of glass when an FPC is crimped to an end of PDP glass in a PDP mounting apparatus. SOLUTION: In a mounting device for crimping an FPC to a PDP, a balance base 50 on which a PDP 90 is mounted is rotated by a rotating base via a bearing 51, a balance shaft 47, a balance shaft support member 44, a balance shaft 43 and a bearing 42. 40, the PDP suction holding mechanism is rotatable about two axes perpendicular to each other, and a stopper pin 49 supported by a cylinder 48 is provided. The rotation of the balance base 50 was permitted during the FPC compression bonding (B). |
