abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce a load on a drive transmission system at the time of starting of a vehicle and secure good drivability. A throttle control unit (1) for calculating a driving force throttle opening as a target throttle opening of an engine throttle (TH) in order to cause the vehicle to run at a target driving force calculated from an accelerator pedal opening (AP) and a vehicle speed (V). And in-gear control determining means 3 for determining in-gear control from the non-engaged state of the clutch to the completion of engagement. And a storage unit 4 in which a predetermined amount of throttle opening is stored as a predetermined throttle opening. When it is determined that the vehicle is in the in-gear control state, the throttle control unit 1 limits the target throttle opening to a predetermined throttle opening stored in the storage unit 4.
