titleOfInvention Large container and manufacturing method thereof
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container, particularly a bath tub, of which the flexibility and reinforcement are sufficient and of improved quality, and that such an improved container, particularly a bath tub, requires no labor. To provide a method for manufacturing by a method with high safety and excellent productivity with reduced man-hours and work time. SOLUTION: A large container characterized in that an inner surface layer (shell) of the container is a thermoplastic resin, and a back-up material on the back surface is made of an R-RIM molded product; and a thermoplastic resin sheet material. The inner surface layer of the container is formed by arranging on the surface of one vacuum forming die, suctioning from the back surface of the one vacuum forming die under heating, and vacuum forming, and forming the inner surface layer of the container. On the surface of the one vacuum mold, the molding surface of the other mold is installed so as to face while maintaining a predetermined gap, R-FRP material is injected into the gap, Curing the injected R-FRP material and, after curing of the injected R-FRP material, from between the two molds, A method for producing a large container, wherein an inner surface layer is made of a thermoplastic resin, and a back-up material on the back surface is taken out of an R-RIM molded product.
