abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a solid electrolyte which can be safely handled in the air and has good ion conductivity. A lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte based on a phosphate containing at least one of a scandium ion and an indium ion, a lithium ion, and a phosphate ion, wherein the lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte is a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte. Some are magnesium, titanium, zirconium, Provided is a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte that is substituted by a polyvalent ion of at least one element selected from the group consisting of tin, hafnium, niobium, and tantalum. This solid electrolyte exhibits excellent lithium ion conductivity over a wide temperature range, and is expected to be put to practical use in host materials such as batteries and sensors.
