abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly water-absorbing polymer composition which has improved stability over time with respect to body fluid and suppresses a sulfur odor generated from a sulfur-containing reducing agent and furthermore a malodor caused by a body fluid. SOLUTION: (A) a superabsorbent polymer having a crosslinked structure and containing a carboxyl group and / or a carboxylate group as a constituent of a polymer, (B) a sulfur-containing reducing agent, and (C) SiO 2 . The composite silicate compound is contained in the range of 30 to 80% by weight, and the total amount of (B) and (C) is 0.5 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of (A), and ( The compounding ratio of B) and (C) is 9 by weight.
