titleOfInvention Method for producing optically active form of cis-2-fluorocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a production method for producing an optically active form of cis-2-fluorocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid with excellent yield and excellent optical purity. SOLUTION: The raw material cis-2-fluorocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid is represented by a general formula R 1 —O—R 2 (wherein: R 1 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R 2 is an alkyl group having 4 to 6 carbon atoms. Represents an alkyl group. In the dialkyl ether represented by the formula (1), optical resolution is carried out using optically active N-benzyl-α-methylbenzylamine.
