titleOfInvention | Electrospray ionization method and device, mass spectrometry method, and fire detection device |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer (E) which provides high spray stability, high ionization efficiency, and high analysis sensitivity. A method and apparatus for supplying a sample liquid to a SIMS ion source. The above advantages are achieved by using a capillary driven flow to remove the liquid to be sprayed from the primary flow of any sample liquid, no matter how large the primary flow. It provides a long sought solution to the problem of obtaining efficient and effective electrospray ionization of the effluent from a liquid chromatograph operating at a flow rate of one milliliter or more per minute. In addition, the effect of the planar chromatography or the planar electrochromatography can be enhanced by simplifying the ESIMS analysis of a small amount of a substance contained in a spot in the planar chromatogram or the planar chromatogram. |
