titleOfInvention Sample for evaluating emulsion stability of rolling oil for electrical steel sheet and its preparation method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a sample for evaluating the emulsion stability of a rolling oil for electrical steel sheets which reproduces deterioration in accordance with actual use, and a method for preparing the same in advance. SOLUTION: After a silica (SiO 2 ) powder having a particle size of 1.0 μm or less, or a silica powder and an active iron powder are charged into a rolling oil emulsion, the powder is uniformly dispersed in the emulsion. For evaluating the emulsification stability of a rolling oil for electrical steel sheets, and a method for preparing the same.
