titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyester mixed fiber yarn |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention uses two or more polymers composed of components different from the base polymer to sufficiently express a difference in elongation and other physical properties, and also has a good high-speed spinning property. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for inexpensively producing a mixed fiber having a high bulkiness. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a yarn group A by separately adding two or more kinds of polymers composed of components different from the base polymer to a base polymer composed of a polyester component. Spinning as yarn group B, simultaneous drawing at 2500 m / min or higher and blending, polyester blending such that the elongation of yarn group A is at least 1.2 times the elongation of yarn group B. It is in a method for producing a woven yarn. |
