SOLUTION: Cobalt oxide microcrystalline particles having a BET specific surface area of 30 to 200 m 2 / g or having an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm. 1 μm or less of a cobalt oxide particle powder and a lithium compound are mixed, and 1 to 30% by weight based on the mixed powder. And the mixed powder to which the water has been added is compression-molded to obtain a molded body having a molding density of 1.5 g / cc or more. The molded body is fired in an oxygen-containing gas and then pulverized. |
