abstract (57) Abstract: A glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin plate used as a surface material of various wall panels. When a suitable material is appropriately laminated and heated and cured, the glass fiber which does not shrink on the surface of the resin that shrinks. Eliminates defects that leave marks and cannot guarantee the smoothness of the resin plate surface. SOLUTION: A surface layer 1 in which a front-side unsaturated polyester resin liquid is formed by impregnating and curing a front-side unsaturated polyester resin liquid in a front-side cloth layer 1a; A backside layer 2 which is integrated by impregnating and curing a saturated polyester resin liquid to form a backside unsaturated polyester resin 4. The stacked impregnated layer 3 is formed of a back side fabric layer 3a, a back thick side fabric layer 3b, and a glass fiber layer 3c in order from the front side. [Effect] The back surface layer is integrated with the cured front surface layer, and the glass fibers are present on the surface of the front surface layer without unevenness due to the distribution of the back surface thick cloth, and the rear side cloth layer is distributed. Cracks, cracks and peeling hardly occur on the surface layer due to the product.
