titleOfInvention | Electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | (57) Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor using an electrolytic solution containing a quaternary salt of a cyclic amidine compound, is prevented from being discharged from a cathode portion. An electric current can be prevented from flowing through a round bar portion of a rivet by forming a ceramic coating layer on a contact portion of a rivet on the cathode side with a sealing member, particularly, a round bar portion. Further, by adding an oxidizing agent to the electrolytic solution, generation of hydroxide ions can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the liquid from flowing out of the rivet on the cathode side in both the load state and the non-load state, to prevent a decrease in the capacitance due to a decrease in the electrolytic solution, to prolong the life of the electrolytic capacitor, and to improve the reliability. Can be achieved. |
