(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A phosphor ink overflows from an end of a partition wall and spills into an adjacent partition wall, causing color mixing. A partition 21 is provided on one of a front glass substrate of a front cover plate provided with electrodes and a dielectric glass layer, and a back glass substrate 20 of a back plate provided with electrodes and a phosphor layer. When a phosphor layer is formed in a partition in a plasma display panel in which the electrode surfaces are opposed to each other while maintaining a predetermined gap and sealed, and a dischargeable gas medium is sealed therein, the phosphor is provided on a part of the partition. At least one of a phosphor ink sealing unit and a phosphor ink blocking unit that is ejected from an ink nozzle is provided, and the phosphor ink is applied to the inside of the partition wall while being ejected from the ink nozzle. The body layer is fired. |
