abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a crosslinked polyolefin-based resin foam having excellent flatness by subjecting the surface of the crosslinked polyolefin-based resin foam to flame treatment, without deteriorating the characteristic values of the foam. SOLUTION: A foam having a closed cell ratio of 80% or more is flame-processed at least once or more with at least one pair of rolls to a melting point of a resin constituting the foam or more, and is applied to at least one surface of the foam. A pad material for hot stamping, characterized in that it has been subjected to pseudo skin processing of 0.01 to 2 mm.
