titleOfInvention | Spindle-shaped goethite particle powder and method for producing the same, spindle-shaped hematite particle powder and method for producing the same, and spindle-shaped metal magnetic particle powder containing iron as a main component and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle-shaped goethite particle powder, a spindle-shaped hematite particle powder, and a spindle-shaped metal magnetic particle powder. SOLUTION: The existence ratio of Co is 50:50 to 95: 5. The spindle-shaped goethite particle powder in which Al is present only in the surface layer portion is a water suspension containing a ferrous-containing precipitate obtained by reacting a mixed alkali aqueous solution and a ferrous salt aqueous solution. After aging the liquid, an oxygen-containing gas is passed to generate spindle-shaped goethite seed crystal particles, and an oxygen-containing gas is passed through an aqueous suspension containing the seed crystal particles to form a goethite layer on the surface of the seed crystal particles. When growing to produce spindle-shaped goethite particles, a Co compound of 10 to 45 atomic% is added at the time of generation, and an oxidation reaction is performed in the range of 30 to 80% of the total Fe 2+. Is obtained by making the superficial velocity of aeration twice or more the speed at the time of generation, and adding 5 to 20 atomic% of an Al compound. |
