| abstract |
(57) [Problem] It is a technical object to provide a wooden product which is low-cost and stable over time and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This is a method for manufacturing a composite component part of the core material and the surface material by placing a core material and a surface material in a molding die and applying heat and pressure, wherein the core material 20 is heat-cured. The surface material 10 is formed by fixing a wood-based decorative material 1 on a sheet material 2 made of any of paper, woven fabric and nonwoven fabric, and the surface material 10 is provided on the sheet material 2 side of the surface material 10. The core material 20 was provided, and was manufactured by hot pressing. |
