titleOfInvention Flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] To review the raw material powders of Si and Mn and the raw material of Ni which are contained in flux as essential components in large amounts, to segregate the components and to make the outer skin wall thickness non-uniform. However, the present invention provides a flux-cored wire that has excellent welding performance even with a highly efficient continuous production method for performing seam welding of a steel strip joint as little as possible. SOLUTION: In weight%, C: 0.40 to 1.20%, Si: 5 to 12%, Mn: 19 to 42%, the balance being Fe, and Si ≧ 11.89-2.92C-0.07 7Mn or, in addition, Si ≧ 8.3 Iron-based Si—Mn alloy powder satisfying C + 0.14Mn and having a particle size of 212 μm or less, or relative magnetic permeability (μ) ≦ 1.10. A flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding, characterized in that a flux made of the raw material powder is filled in a steelmaking shell.
