abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide novel physiologically active substances NK30424A and NK30424B having a TNFα production inhibitory action. Further, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical comprising the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutical additive. [Constitution] Physiologically active substances NK30424A and NK30 424B is obtained by culturing a microorganism belonging to the genus Streptomyces and capable of producing the compound, for example, Streptomyces sp. NA 30424 strain (deposited with the National Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology, as a FERM P-16422). The molecular formula of both compounds is C30H46N2O At 10S, the molecular weight is 626.
