[PROBLEMS] To provide a secondary power supply having high withstand voltage, low resistance, capable of rapid charge / discharge, and excellent charge / discharge cycle characteristics. A positive electrode body composed of a polarizable electrode mainly composed of activated carbon and a current collector, a negative electrode mainly composed of a carbon material capable of absorbing and desorbing lithium ions, a conductive filler composed of copper or nickel, and a polyimide resin are used. Alternatively, a secondary power supply having a negative electrode body integrated with a current collector via a conductive adhesive made of a polyamideimide resin, and an organic electrolyte containing a lithium salt. |
