(57) [Problem] To provide a polymer solid electrolyte which achieves a higher cation transport number. The present invention utilizes an ionic polymer complex obtained by reacting a solid electrolyte having two or more cationic terminal groups such as N, N-dimethylamino groups with a polyhalide compound such as ethylene dibromide. This increases the cation transport number. |
