SOLUTION: (a) Specific serine-N, N-diacetate (salt) And / or specific glutamic acid-N, N-diacetate (salt) 0.1 to 30% by weight, (b) 0.1 to 60% by weight of a surfactant, and (c) A liquid detergent composition for dishes, comprising 0.01 to 10% by weight of a lower alcohol as an essential component, wherein the weight of the (b) component is more than 5 times the weight of the (c) component.
