abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To separate a sensor from a chip base 30 on which an LED chip 10 to be measured is mounted, and to enable use of an arbitrary sensor. The deterioration of the optical fiber 40 connecting the chip stand 30 and the sensor is prevented. A probe reciprocates in an axial direction at a measurement position to pick up an LED chip. In order to avoid interference with the probe 20, the tip table 30 Moves between the measurement position and the retreat position. The optical fiber 40 connecting the chip table 30 and the sensor is fixed, and one end of the optical fiber 40 faces the light exit port 33 of the chip table 30 moved to the measurement position. A sensor is connected to the other end of the optical fiber 40. |
