Manufacturing method of polyurethane foam molded article with thermoplastic sheet |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A molded product obtained by foaming a polyurethane foam stock solution on a thermoplastic plastic sheet vacuum-formed and backing it is easy to manufacture and used as a bathtub apron or a bathroom storage case. The adhesion of the foam was insufficient and further improvement was desired. An aqueous resin emulsion is applied to an adhesive surface of a thermoplastic sheet, dried, and then foamed with a polyurethane foam stock solution. The molded product, which is backed, has a remarkably improved adhesive strength between the two, and gives a molded product of good quality. |
