titleOfInvention | Method for producing modified polyester |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high degree of uniformity and dispersibility when a modifier-containing polyester useful for fibers, films and other molding uses is added in a continuous polymer discharge line. In addition, the dispersion unevenness over time is eliminated so as to withstand a straight film or a straight spinning. SOLUTION: When a modifier-containing polyester (B) is added to a polymer line of a base polyester (A) obtained by continuous polymerization, a plurality of static mixing devices and an entrance side of the kneading device are added to a base polymer line. And the polyester (B) is passed through each nozzle. Wherein the modifying agent-containing polyester (B) is added to the polymer line of the base polyester (A) obtained by the continuous production method and the continuous polymerization of the modified polyester, characterized in that A polyester production method characterized in that a part of the discharged polymer is withdrawn from a side stream provided on a discharge side of a static mixing device arranged in a line, and reunited upstream of the static mixing device. |
