abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing fertilizer from fermentation industry by-products such as yeast-producing liquor and sugarcane pulp (bagasse). SOLUTION: The fermentation industry by-product whose water content is preferably adjusted within a certain range, and preferably the shredded bagasse are uniformly mixed. Further, the mixture is preferably dried and molded.
