titleOfInvention | Multi-layer overcoat coating method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a multi-layer top coat having excellent interlayer adhesion and stain resistance and capable of easily removing contaminants. SOLUTION: A first coating material (A) and a second coating material (B) are applied, heated to cure both coating films, and a clear coating material (C) is applied and heated and cured. As the second paint (B), an acrylic resin (B-1), an epoxy group-containing acrylic resin (B-2a), an alkoxysilane group-containing acrylic resin (B-2b), and tris (alkoxycarbonylamino) triazine (B) 2c), an organic solvent-based coating containing at least one component selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group-containing compound (C-1) and an epoxy group-containing acrylic resin (C) as the clear coating (C). -2) An organic solvent-based paint containing a cationically polymerizable catalyst (C-3) is used. |
