titleOfInvention | Reduced cross contamination in nucleic acid amplification |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a simpler amplification method with reduced risk of contamination. A step of treating a sample with an enzyme under conditions in which an amplification product of a nucleic acid derived from another sample is degraded by an enzyme, a step of inactivating the enzyme, and a step of treating the sample under conditions in which the nucleic acid is amplified A method for amplifying a nucleic acid in a sample, which comprises a treating step (amplification is performed in the presence of a reagent for preventing the reactivation of the enzyme); a reagent for amplifying the nucleic acid, a nuclease, and a reagent for preventing the reactivation of the enzyme A method for preventing reactivation of uracil-N-glycosylase using N-lauroyl sarcosine; a method for detecting nucleic acid by the amplification method; and a method for detecting DNA polymerase at a low temperature using a surfactant. How to reduce unwanted side reactions. |
