abstract (57) [Summary] (Problem corrected) [Problem] A method for producing a complex glycopeptide having a sugar chain attached to an amino acid residue which cannot be naturally attached to a sugar chain by utilizing a sugar chain transfer reaction by an enzyme, And a novel glycoconjugate derivative synthesized by this method and a synthetic intermediate thereof. SOLUTION: 1) In the presence of endoglycosidase, a sugar chain of a glycoconjugate (sugar chain donor) is added with a hydroxyl group on a side chain such as L-serine (Ser) or L-threonine (Thr) in a synthetic glycopeptide. N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (Gl) having an O-glycosidic bond with the hydroxyl group of the amino acid residue cNAc) residue or L-aspartic acid (Asp) Β-carboxyl group or L-glutamic acid (Gl u) A method for producing a novel glycoconjugate by transferring to a GlcNAc residue (sugar chain receptor) ester-linked to a side chain carboxyl group of an acidic amino acid such as a γ-carboxyl group in u).
