titleOfInvention | Flame retardant resin composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant polyester resin composition characterized by excellent flame retardancy, mechanical properties, and corrosiveness to metals during heat treatment, and a method for producing the same. (A) Polyester resin 1 such as PBT 00 parts by weight, (B) 1 to 15 parts by weight of red phosphorus powder, C) a total amount of 3 to 70 parts by weight of uncured phenol resin and (D) polyphenylene ether resin. The ratio of (C) + (D) is 0.2 <(C) / (C) + (D) ≦ 0.5, the red phosphorus powder (B) and the thermoplastic resin are previously melt-kneaded, and the red phosphorus powder is 15 to 35% by weight and the thermoplastic resin is 65 to 85% by weight.
