titleOfInvention | High damping material composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] A high damping that can maintain a high and stable damping performance over a long period of time by expressing a higher tan δ while suppressing a bleeding phenomenon of a blending component on a material base material surface. It is to provide a material composition. A base polymer blended with 50% by weight of PVC as a chlorine-based polymer and 50% by weight of NBR as a non-chlorine-based polymer is mixed with N, N-dicyclohexylbenzothiazyl-2- as an additive that interacts with a chlorine atom. Sulfenamide or 2- (2-hydroxy-3- (3, 4,5,6-tetra-hydrophthalimido-methyl)- 50% by weight of 5-methylphenyl) -benzotriazole, and 30% by weight of TCP and DOP as plasticizers compatible with the chlorine-based polymer. A stabilizer is added in an amount of 2.5% by weight, and a predetermined molding process is performed. |
