titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of lightweight and high rigidity polyurethane / polyurea molded product
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a lightweight, high-rigidity molded article reinforced with natural fibers, which exhibits high rigidity and extremely excellent dimensional stability despite being extremely lightweight. SOLUTION: (I) a step of applying a polyisocyanate to the surface of a natural fiber mat, (II) a step of applying a mixture of water and a urethane catalyst to a surface of the mat, and (III) A method for producing a polyurethane / polyurea molded article having a low unit area weight and high rigidity, comprising a step of thermoforming a natural fiber mat.
