titleOfInvention | Method for producing resin particles and product thereof |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing resin particles that can be washed without disassembling a disperser and that does not reduce production efficiency. SOLUTION: A continuous phase component composed of an aqueous medium and a dispersed phase component composed of a polymerizable monomer composition are passed through a high-speed shearing type dispersing machine, and the continuous phase component is finely divided into fine particles of the dispersed phase component. After obtaining the suspension in which the droplets are dispersed, in the method for producing resin particles for polymerizing the suspension, the continuous phase component and the dispersed phase component are passed through a high-speed shearing disperser to obtain a concentration of 20 to 50. After obtaining a suspension of 1% by weight, a washing liquid containing water as a main component is supplied to the high-speed shearing disperser to perform washing, and the suspension is diluted with the washing liquid to a concentration of 10 to 30% by weight. A method for producing resin particles, wherein the diluted suspension is polymerized. |
