(57) [Summary] (Correction) SOLUTION: A monoclonal antibody having an activity of inducing granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, a hybridoma producing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the monoclonal antibody. The above monoclonal antibody has the ability to produce granulocyte colony stimulating factor in a concentration-dependent manner, and is used for the treatment and regeneration of neutropenia as a side effect of anticancer drugs and neutropenia after bone marrow transplantation. It is effective in treating aplastic anemia. Further, by producing granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, it can be used for prevention or treatment of various infectious diseases including opportunistic infections. |
