abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an air filter functional material exhibiting a deodorizing effect and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A filter material is provided with a stretchable polymer, for example, a crimp yarn obtained from a split yarn of polypropylene (PP), and an inorganic filler is carried as a functional material on the filter material. An odorous gas was brought into contact with the gas to remove it properly.
