(57) [Problem] To provide a light-reflective metal layer directly without forming an undercoat or the like on a molded product because the surface gloss of the molded product is extremely high and the amount of generated gas is small. In addition, the present invention provides a method for producing a polybutylene terephthalate resin light reflector having not only high specularity and high brightness but also excellent adhesion and heat resistance to a metal layer. [Solution] (A) Terminal carboxyl group content is 50meq / kg For the following polybutylene terephthalate resin 100 parts by weight, (B) 10 to 80 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin, and (C) A molded article is formed by molding a resin composition containing 1 to 30 parts by weight of an inorganic filler having an average primary particle diameter of 10 μm or less, and a light-reflecting metal layer is formed directly on at least a part of the molded article to obtain polybutylene terephthalate. Manufacture resin light reflector. |
