(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To effectively prevent pitch trouble in a pulp manufacturing process or a paper making process and to improve the product quality of pulp and paper. SOLUTION: Ozone treatment is performed on at least one of pulp, papermaking raw material, and white water at an added concentration of 0.001% to 3% to modify and reduce pitch. |
