titleOfInvention Polyimide resin and method for producing polyimide resin paint
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide resin production method capable of obtaining a good quality polyimide resin without foaming at the time of curing, and to prevent foaming at the time of drying and curing of a film so as to reduce the quality of the film. To provide a polyimide resin paint. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a polyimide resin using a tetracarboxylic acid compound and a diamine compound as raw materials, a tetracarboxylic acid compound is first reacted with an alcohol or a phenol to form a tetracarboxylic diester compound, and the tetracarboxylic diester compound is obtained. A method for producing a polyimide resin, which comprises reacting a compound with a diamine compound to form a polyamic acid ester compound, followed by imidation, and a method for producing a polyimide resin paint mainly containing an intermediate product in these reactions.
