abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based biocompatible medical polymer material having a surface having excellent anticoagulant or antithrombotic properties. SOLUTION: 100 parts by weight of at least one polymer having a repeating unit derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an olefin monomer having 2 to 10 carbon atoms and a diene monomer having 4 to 15 carbon atoms. And a polymer material containing 0.003 to 0.5 part by weight of a nucleating agent as a main component, thereby having a surface region of a microphase-separated structure composed of a crystalline region and an amorphous region on its surface. Obtain a biocompatible material. Medical devices such as blood circulation circuits, blood bags, and catheters manufactured using this biocompatible material effectively prevent blood coagulation. |
