SOLUTION: A resin composition comprising a polyamide elastomer (a) having a polyamide skeleton polyetherester skeleton and an ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol copolymer (b), particularly, vinyl acetate in the component (b) The total content of VA is 10 to 45% by weight, vinyl acetate / VA (weight ratio) is 0/100 to 70/30, and the component (a) / component (b) (weight ratio) is 10/90 to 90/10.
