(57) [Problem] [Problem] Most of poorly absorbable drugs containing physiologically active substances, salts or derivatives thereof reach the therapeutic range even if the first-pass metabolism in the liver can be prevented. In particular, it is difficult to obtain effective absorption properties, and particularly, high-molecular-weight pharmaceuticals have a reduced absorption amount depending on the molecular weight. Therefore, in order to obtain the therapeutic effect of these drugs transmucosally, there is provided a preparation containing a substance that promotes and controls the mucosal permeability of a substance. SOLUTION: A composition for a transmucosal absorption preparation, which is obtained by adding arginine, a poly-form thereof or a salt of the poly-form to a poorly absorbable drug, a salt thereof or a derivative thereof. |
