abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust-preventive steel sheet for a fuel tank which is excellent in press workability, resistance welding property and corrosion resistance in a processed part in an Al-based plated steel sheet coated with an organic resin film in tank production. . SOLUTION: Silica and chromate are added to an organic resin, and the amount of silica added is expressed in terms of silica / (organic resin + Silica) = 0.05 to 0.45, also chromate amount while the 0.1 to 60 / m 2 reckoned as metal chromium was a film thickness to 0.1 to 3.0 m. Further, a polymer solid lubricant was added to the organic resin film, and the amount of the polymer solid lubricant / (organic resin film + polymer solid lubricant) was 0.01 to 0.20 by weight. . |
