abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a multicolor heat-sensitive recording material which is excellent in storability and develops vivid red coloring at low temperature. A substrate, two or more kinds of dye precursors formed thereon and developing colors different from each other, and a color-developing compound which reacts with the dye precursor under heating to form a color therefrom are provided. In a multicolor heat-sensitive recording material having a heat-sensitive coloring layer, 3-diethylamino-7-phenoxyfluoran and 3- (N-ethyl-N-isoamylamino) -7-phenoxy are contained in the heat-sensitive coloring layer. A solution containing at least one red coloring dye precursor selected from fluorane, and further containing a polyvalent isocyanate compound as a solvent and a solute containing a dye precursor that develops a color tone different from that of the red coloring dye precursor. Is emulsified and dispersed in water, and then the composite fine particles obtained by accelerating the polymerization reaction of the polyvalent isocyanate compound are contained in the thermosensitive coloring layer. |
