titleOfInvention Health food manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a method for producing a health food mainly comprising spirulina, and to mix and produce spirulina and its nutritional components with a predetermined material for enhancing and enhancing economic efficiency. Provided is a method for producing a health food having a novel composition, which is effective for enhancing digestion and absorption of the health food obtained. SOLUTION: Oyster shell powder, acerola powder, and wakame or kelp dry powder, which have also been subjected to the pulverization adjustment step, are mixed at a predetermined ratio with a predetermined part by weight of the spirulina dry powder that has undergone the pulverization adjustment step, and beer is mixed. Approximately 600 parts by weight of an aqueous solution in which one or more kinds of effective intestinal bacteria such as yeast and lactic acid bacteria have been dissolved in an appropriate amount are added, mixed well, stirred and kneaded, and formed into granules or tablet-like granules. For manufacturing health foods that are vacuum-dried at room temperature to obtain health foods
